When you're ready — go to your Cart and proceed to checkout.

If you have an account — log in to speed up checkout; otherwise you can order as a guest.

4. Do you ship internationally?

Yes — we ship to many countries worldwide. Shipping cost and delivery time depend on the destination and will be calculated during checkout.

5. How long does shipping take?

Typical processing time is 1–3 business days. Shipping duration depends on the destination: international delivery can take from 7 to 21 working days; express shipping (where available) takes about 3–7 days.

6. How much does shipping cost?

Shipping cost is calculated automatically and depends on: destination country/region, shipping method, and size/weight of the order. Occasionally we offer free shipping during promotions.

7. Will I get a tracking number?

Yes — once we ship your order, you will receive a tracking number by email. Use it on the carrier’s website to track your package.

8. What if my package is lost or damaged?

If your package arrives damaged — contact us within 7 days after delivery, and attach a photo of the damage.

If the parcel is lost during delivery — we’ll help you open an investigation with the carrier.
We will review each case individually and offer a refund or replacement when appropriate.

9. Can I cancel or change my order?

You can cancel or change your order before it has been shipped.

After shipping — cancellation is no longer possible.
